Corporate event
Almudena Seguros
Picture and sound for Almudena Seguros’ corporate events, with one team from start to finish.
Almudena Seguros has trusted us with the audiovisual side of their corporate events. We make sure picture and sound work throughout the day.
The challenge
The technical side must not be one more worry for the organising team: everything has to be ready before the guests arrive and adapt to last-minute changes.
The solution
- Set-up in advance finished before the guests arrive.
- Tests with the client of picture, sound and content before starting.
- The team in the room throughout the event, to handle any change on the fly.
The result
A single supplier for the whole audiovisual side, so the Almudena Seguros team can focus on their guests.
