About TallyZone AV

We come from live production, where things have to go right the first time. That is how we approach every event: prepare, test and leave nothing to improvisation.

Where we come from

We have directed talks at cultural festivals, graduation ceremonies, company events and concerts, and we have worked in TV studios. For DAZN we have operated robotic (PTZ) cameras on their productions, and we have been in the control room for concerts such as Vanesa Martín’s.

Each format has taught us something we then bring to corporate events: the pace of television, the precision a concert demands and the stamina of a festival with sessions from morning to night.

Clients who come back

The best measure of a live event is being asked back:

• Hay Festival Segovia: we have directed its talks live since 2016, ten editions in a row.
• IE University: more than ten years directing its graduation ceremonies.
• Grupo Oesía: the audiovisual production of its Management Day, year after year.

How we work

The people who plan the event with you are the ones in the control room on the day, so you never have to explain anything twice. The technical crew is sized to each event: more or fewer technicians depending on the cameras, screen and sound you need.

Before every event we go through the running order, test every signal and rehearse with the speakers. For the critical points, such as the signal, the sound or the stream, we bring a plan B.

In the control room we direct with vMix: cameras, slides, videos, captions and remote speakers mixed into a single feed, for the screens in the room and for the live stream. The rest of the kit is chosen for each event.

You can book everything together or just one part: see all services.

Where we are

We are based in Madrid and do most of our work here, but we travel all over Spain. More in Where we work.
