Live direction for corporate events in Madrid

Directing an event means mixing cameras, slides and videos live so the audience sees exactly what it needs at every moment: who is speaking, what is being shown and how the room reacts. We have been doing it for over 20 years at festivals, graduations, conventions and TV studios.

Operated, robotic and moving cameras

We combine operated cameras, robotic cameras (PTZ) controlled from the gallery without taking up space in the room, and moving shots with a Ronin gimbal. That way there is always a good shot of the speaker, the audience and the stage.

For the room and for those watching from outside

The same live direction serves two audiences. In the room, the picture goes to the screens so nobody misses a detail, wherever they sit. Outside, we broadcast it via streaming for those who could not attend.

Live direction with vMix, PTZ and chroma key

We direct with vMix: operated and PTZ cameras, slides, videos, captions and remote speakers mixed into a single feed, ready for the screens in the room and for the live stream. When the format calls for it, we work with a green screen to place the speaker on a virtual background or set.

Always with a plan B

Before the event we go through the running order, test every signal and rehearse with the speakers. For the critical points we bring an alternative ready, so nothing unexpected stops the show.

And it is all recorded

Everything directed live is recorded. Afterwards you have the whole event to watch again, share or cut into shorter clips.
