What a convention needs
- A screen that suits the room, for the event branding, slides and videos.
- Cameras and live direction, so whoever is speaking can be seen in close-up from any seat.
- Clear sound throughout the room, including panel discussions and audience questions.
- Streaming, if some of the staff or guests are following from elsewhere.
How we do it
We set up and test before the attendees come in. During the day, one team runs the screen, cameras, sound and live direction, so speaker changes, videos and slides come in exactly when they should.
Conventions in and around Madrid
We work in hotels, conference centres and event venues in and around Madrid, and travel to the rest of Spain.
