It depends on the length, the number of cameras, the size of the screen and whether there is a broadcast. Tell us about the event and we will send you a detailed quote, with no obligation.
What happens if something fails during the live event?
We plan for it. We prepare a plan B for the critical points, such as the signal, the sound or the stream, and the team has spent over 20 years solving live problems without the audience noticing.
Do you handle transport, set-up and take-down?
Yes. We bring the equipment, set it up with time to spare before the doors open and pack it away afterwards. We work mainly in and around Madrid, and travel all over Spain.
Who will be there on the day?
The technical crew is sized to each event: more or fewer technicians depending on the cameras, screen and sound you need. The person who plans the event with you is also at the controls on the day, so you never have to explain it twice.
Can I hire just one part, like the cameras or the streaming?
Yes. You can hire us for the full production or a single service: cameras, live direction and streaming, LED screens, sound or the event video.
Do you give us the recording of the event?
Yes. Everything directed live is recorded and handed over to you afterwards. We can also prepare a highlights video and social media clips.
