We have no data protection officer because we are not required to appoint one; for any question, write to the contact email.

What data we process

Only what you give us and what is strictly needed for the site to work:

• Quote form: name and email (required), type of event (required) and, if you wish, date, city or venue, number of attendees, phone number and whatever you tell us about the event. Without the required details we cannot reply.
• Email, phone or WhatsApp: the details you include in your message or call.
• Technical data: like any website, the hosting server logs the IP address, date and page requested, for security and to detect abuse.

This site does not build profiles or make automated decisions. It is not aimed at children under 14: if you are under 14, please do not send us your details.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, provide the service and manage the business relationship.

We will not send you advertising unless you ask us to.

Legal basis

• Quote requests and enquiries: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and, if you hire us, the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
• Invoicing and legal obligations: compliance with tax and commercial law (Article 6(1)(c)).
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Visit analytics, if we switch it on: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie notice.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a contract, for up to 12 months from our last contact, in case you want to pick them up again. If we end up working together, for the duration of the business relationship and then for the periods required by law (generally 4 years under tax law and 6 years under commercial law for accounting records). Server logs, for the period set by the hosting provider [state period, e.g. 30 days].

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law. To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf:

• DonDominio (Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L.U.), which hosts the website and whose server emails us the quote form.
• Google, as our email provider (Gmail).
• Google Analytics, only if we switch it on and only if you accept analytics cookies.

If you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta), which handles it under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. In that case, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified or, otherwise, by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted and request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to hola@tallyzoneav.com stating which right you wish to exercise.

We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
