How much does audiovisual production for an event cost?
It depends on the length, the number of cameras, the size of the screen and whether there is a broadcast. Tell us about the event and we will send you a detailed quote, with no obligation.
What happens if something fails during the live event?
We plan for it. We prepare a plan B for the critical points, such as the signal, the sound or the stream, and the team has spent over 20 years solving live problems without the audience noticing.
What experience do you have?
Over 20 years in live event direction and audiovisual production. We have directed the Hay Festival Segovia since 2016, covered the IE University graduations for more than ten years and produce the Grupo Oesía Management Day.
Who will be there on the day?
The technical crew is sized to each event: more or fewer technicians depending on the cameras, screen and sound you need. The person who plans the event with you is also at the controls on the day, so you never have to explain it twice.
What technical equipment do you use?
Operated cameras, robotic PTZ cameras, a Ronin gimbal for moving shots, polecam, LED screens, sound and a live production control room. We choose the equipment to suit the event and the venue.
Do you handle transport, set-up and take-down?
Yes. We bring the equipment, set it up with time to spare before the doors open and pack it away afterwards.
Do you rent out LED screens?
We provide the LED screen as a complete service: we bring it, set it up, operate it during the event and take it away afterwards. We do not rent out equipment on its own without a technician.
Can I hire just one part, like the cameras or the streaming?
Yes. You can hire us for the full production or a single service: cameras, live direction, streaming, LED screens, sound or the event video.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better, because it gives us time to see the venue and plan the set-up calmly. If your event is soon, write to us anyway and we will tell you if we can make it.
Where do you work?
Mainly in and around Madrid, and we travel all over Spain. In Segovia, for example, we have been working for years.
Can you adapt to our hotel’s function room or our event venue?
Yes. Before the event we look at the space: access, ceiling height, power points and set-up times. With that we prepare the equipment for that room and set it up without disturbing the rest of the hotel.
Can the event be streamed for invited guests only?
Yes. The stream can be public or private, with access only for the people you choose.
Do you give us the recording of the event?
Yes. Everything directed live is recorded and handed over to you afterwards. We can also prepare a highlights video and social media clips.
Do you work with event agencies and hotels?
Yes. As well as working directly with companies, universities, institutions and festivals, we are the audiovisual supplier for event agencies and hotels that need a team they can trust for their clients.
What does an audiovisual production company do at a corporate event?
It takes care of everything that is seen and heard: the cameras, the stage screen, the room sound, the live direction and, if needed, the live stream and the recording.
